A passion for bread

Today, I am convinced that the passion for bread is one element of the attraction of French cuisine, along with our taste for fine food and good wine. Like master chefs and pastry chefs, master sourdough bakers defend the values that speak to the senses and share their know-how beyond borders. In a society focused on trade, travel and relationships, consulting is a logical way to seek excellence to meet the requirements of the most demanding customers. On the ground level, training, consulting and professional services require a team effort so that every talent can be shared.
